Shipping & Returns


Safety Check currently provides delivery across Australia.

After ordering and providing payment details, you will receive an email confirmation from Safety Check containing your order details. Normally we will confirm the receipt of your order within a few minutes and will attempt to send your goods within 1 business day. If the shipping will take longer you will be notified.

If you wish to query a delivery please notify us at contact-us@safety-check.com.au.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

If the return is a result of our error (delivery of an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping and insurance costs.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Safety Check will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
